transfer4me was founded in a time when customers started to travel abroad; booking online by themselves. What they encountered was, that they carried the risk for an online booking alone. In those days 1 online company was founded and also 1 disappeared each day. So the clients didn´t have confidence in that form of booking. But by the time, law and rules stabilised the industry, and only the ones that really offered the perfect service survived. So what does transfer4me do to ensure this service level? Bettina Mannsbart (owner) : "We have got vast experience in travel, congress and airline business as well as in limousine and transfer business. We are hand picking our partners personally by travelling to each country to find the perfect partner with the best service for the best rate. We know our partners, as well as most of the drivers personally and make sure that they have got exactely the attitude towards the client that we have got. We expect 100 % customer service, enormous flexibility and personal commitment of all people we work with, as well as working in compliance with all legal regulations. We keep constant contact with our partners to be able to react to changes or innovations, that have to be done, quickly.
